We had a great day today beginning the garden. With some help I got 5 rows of potatoes, 3 rows of peas and two wide rows of onions planted! Last year these things were in the ground 2 weeks by now so it must have been a little wetter here than usual for us even though I felt it was less water than last year. The back half of the garden was a bit mucky but we planted anyway.
Kevin got the third side of the chicken coop sided! Progress! He also, with some help, cleaned out the chicken coop! Whew! You could smell that all over the yard today. It was nasty. I think having three ducks in there makes it messier and smellier.
