Happy Birthday Moriah...

 Happy Birthday Moriah!  Moriah Clara turned 9 years old yesterday!  Another trifle for dessert, this time with gummy worms.

 Moriah got new bedding and pillows for her birthday.  She said it was so comfy with her new sheets and pillows :) 

 Grandpa Sam and Grandma Reta were able to come help celebrate the day!

So far Moriah is the tallest 9 year old in the family.  We checked her height against the others at this age!

Ravioli...

I was shopping in Wal-Mart last night.  You know, for those two or three things you go in for and you come out with a cart full.  I had a hankering for Ravioli.  I bought 2 large cans and the kids had it for lunch today.  I wasn't here but one child didn't like the sauce, another didn't like it period, another didn't really care for it and then Lena says, "Jordan, why is there fake meat in these?"  OK, so I won't be buying that again.  We don't have things like that often but I chuckle at the reaction of the kids.  I often think I shouldn't buy it so they won't get a taste for it and then like it.  No worries there, they like real food I guess!  :)    I just want a break sometimes!!! 

Reading time...

Dad's reading to the kids before bed!  He only got one chapter in and they were all hollering for more.  Unfortunately, we ate a late supper and if we are going to get Bible time and prayer time in we have to quit!  This is one of my favorite scenes in the house; kids all around dad, listening :)
