Hello from Computerland

We took our computer in finally and it was being bogged down by some programs that weren't compatible but now our virus protection isn't quite what it should be because that program was part of the problem. Still working on a dial-up system but even connecting to internet is easier.

I am finally feeling better with this pregnancy. Rarely am I nauseous. I get real tired at times now and then. I had a wonderful day outside cleaning up gardens and the yard and then we got 6 inches of snow! I hope to get my garden order together today. I am only going to order 100 strawberry plants and not the 300 I had planned! That day of raking convinced me I am not up to that much work. I am planning on trying blueberries. Mmmmm. It is hard for me to believe but I love gardening. I was not an outdoor worker person growing up or even the first years of our marriage. Part of the gardening hype for me is that it is actually a successful endeavor. I don't like to fail as many of you will agree, who does? It can feel like I am not so successful as a mother and teacher and probably wife too much of the time so I fall back on something that is tangible and touchable and looks so nice. Which means I should probably look to what I need to improve on as a mother and wife and put as much care into that as I do my plants and the planning of planting them. God has given us so many analogies in His kingdom. What fruit I would I bear if I took that much care with pruning and weeding in my family and me. I get weary of fighting, sassing, arguing and such that it is easier to let it go some of the time and let my response to it go. One day at lunch I said there were only allowed positive things to say. Rebekah says "Babies are cute" Gideon says " Food is good" and so on. It was fun to hear them. Now to keep it up from me and from them. We need to get some good fresh air and 6 more inches of snow is expected tomorrow so again we'll wait for the sunshine and nice weather of Spring to help boost our spirits. Have a good weekend and God Bless.
